Are your London house rentals Fully-Catered or Self-Catered?

You choose what you need

Fully-Catered Service

Some London house rentals, are available either fully-catered or self-catered. If you want to relax and be pampered, you can choose the fully-catered service. A professional staff made of Personal Chefs, Waiters, Sommeliers, Butlers and Housekeepers can guarantee you a discreet and refined 5 Star Luxury Service. You can enjoy the exclusivity and security of London house rentals at your disposal, with the comfort and pleasure of being served and pampered by highly qualified staff, as in a 5-star hotel.

Self-Catered Service

If, on the other hand, you prefer to cook yourself, or if you want to bring your service staff (your Chef, your Waiter and your Butler), there are some London house rentals available with the Self-Catered formula.

As you may have noticed, we don’t offer hundreds of London house rentals. From the beginning, we have chosen to personally view and inspect all properties we offer for rent. When we inspect a new luxury house to be rented, we analyze it with the same attention and care that you would put.

Do you manage all London house rentals you offer for rent?

Everyone does their job

The London house rentals that we offer for rent are located in many different London neighborhoods. Property Management is an essential and very delicate activity, which must be carried out locally. The Flats, Apartments, Penthouses and Homes that we offer for rent can only be managed by full-time professional teams who live in the area where the house is located. For this reason, we do not manage the properties we rent. We take care of international marketing.

Who will help me if I have trouble while I’m in a London apartment I have rented?

Your personal account manager

When you will spend your holiday in one of our London house rentals, the landlord will give at your disposal an account manager able to speak at least three foreign languages. This account manager will welcome you at the apartment and will be at your disposal during your entire stay, to help you spending an unforgettable vacation in London.

What are the short-time London house rentals conditions?

For the Booking

Booking will be considered confirmed once:

  •  the tenant has signed the holiday rental agreement;
  •  the tenant has paid to the landlord a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental amount.

The balance of the remaining 50% has to be paid to the landlord within 60 days before check-in. If the reservation is made in less than 60 days before check-in, 100% of the total amount has to be paid to confirm the booking.

NOTE: we would suggest you make travel insurance to cover your holiday and get refunded in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In any case, the landlords in case you must postpone your holiday travel will give you a voucher of the same value that you can use in the coming months with no time limits.

During the Stay

Upon arrival, the tenant will deposit to the landlord an amount to cover eventual damages to the London house you have rented. After check-out, once inspected the property and verified there are no damages, that deposit will be refunded.

If during the stay the tenant will ask for additional extra services, they will be charged separately from the agreed price already paid. Contact us for further info.

Do you manage my money?

We do NOT touch your money

Both during the booking process and during the stay we do NOT touch your money at any time. When you book, you will send the payment directly to the landlord. And when you arrive at the London house for rent, you will pay the  security deposit for any damage directly to the landlord, who will then return it to you at the end of your stay if there was no damage. And even if you request extra services, not included in the price, you will pay the amount directly to the landlord. In no case do we manage your payments to the landlord. And for our service we don’t ask you for a penny. We are paid directly by the landlord.
